A touch of flavour
The kitchen of our gourmet restaurant “Refugio” is run by chef Pablo Dueñas and sous-chef Olmo Crespo. The restaurant is located in the 16th century Basement of the hotel “Óleum”. Angel Fernández is our Head Waiter and Sommelier. Our dishes are prepared with local and seasonal products, using innovative techniques and creativity, especially in the presentation, but preserving the traditional flavours.
We have aprivate dining room for 8-12 people on the ground floor.
Guests of the hotelwill receive a 10% discount in the restaurant.
Guests stayingin the superior junior suite can have lunch or dinner in the suite itself using the services of the “Refugio” restaurant at no extra charge.
From the restaurant you can access a Civil War air-raid shelter. The building was the headquarters of the Military Commandof the Southern Frontof the Republican Army. For more information, click here.
